Meet Phyllis Creech Perry
With deep Southern roots, Phyllis began her design career in hospitality as Design Director for Ashley House Hotels, alongside the owner, Sir Bernard Ashley. Originally built in 1812 on the Miles River, The Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels Maryland is the widely known film location for the “Wedding Crashers”. In 2018, the Inn was inducted into the Historic Hotels of America, the official program for Historic Preservation.

Phyllis directed her skills again, designing Keswick Hall, located outside Charlottesville, Virginia. Built in 1912, the Villa Crawford became the centerpiece of Keswick Hall, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Virginia Hunt country and the master designed Arnold Palmer golf course. For a decade, these beautiful projects earned the Conde Nast Travel Top List for small resorts on Mainland USA.

Today, Phyllis incorporates her hospitality sensibilities into residential projects of all types and sizes. She enthusiastically blends old school elegance with modern simplicity. History loves company and leads to lasting memories.
